Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders for unassembled kit products generally ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders that include a kit assembly service or other made-to-order assembly may require up to 10 business days before shipment.

For orders containing products with different processing times, the longest applicable processing time applies to the entire order unless Cleveland Music Co. elects to ship items separately.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing times refer to the time required to prepare an order for shipment and do not include carrier transit time.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated processing period, we will contact you regarding the delay and, when required by applicable law, provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Shipping Destinations

Cleveland Music Co. ships to most countries and regions worldwide. The complete list of destinations currently available for an order is shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

Availability may change due to carrier restrictions, customs requirements, trade restrictions, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we cannot lawfully or reasonably ship the order to its destination.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package, and shipping service selected.

Any delivery date or transit time shown at checkout or provided by a carrier is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, local delivery conditions, government action, and other circumstances outside Cleveland Music Co.'s reasonable control may affect delivery.

International Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, Cleveland Music Co. ships international orders Delivered At Place (DAP) and does not prepay or collect destination-country import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage or disbursement fees, or similar import-related charges.

The recipient is responsible for determining and paying any such charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, postal service, or carrier. These charges are separate from the product and shipping charges paid to Cleveland Music Co.

We cannot predict, estimate, waive, or control charges assessed by foreign governments, customs authorities, postal services, or carriers. Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements and costs applicable to their destination before placing an order.

Customs and International Delivery

International shipments may be opened, inspected, delayed, or otherwise processed by customs or other government authorities. Cleveland Music Co. has no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee an international delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation requested from them by customs authorities or the destination carrier and for complying with applicable import requirements.

Tracking

Tracking availability, accuracy, and detail vary by carrier, shipping service, and destination.

In particular, USPS tracking may become limited after a shipment leaves the United States or is transferred to a destination country's postal service. If you select USPS, Cleveland Music Co. cannot provide tracking information or shipment-location assistance beyond the information made available by USPS and its delivery partners.

If reliable end-to-end tracking is important, please select an appropriate carrier and service at checkout.

Insurance, Loss, and Damage

Shipments are not separately insured by Cleveland Music Co. by default. Some carrier services may include limited carrier liability or coverage, while other services may provide little or none.

Customers should review the tracking, insurance, declared-value coverage, and carrier-liability provisions of the shipping service selected at checkout and choose a service appropriate for the value of the order.

Where optional insurance or additional carrier coverage is available, failure to purchase such coverage may limit the amount recoverable from the carrier in the event of loss or damage. Cleveland Music Co. cannot guarantee that a carrier will approve or pay a claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cleveland Music Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or for losses exceeding the liability or coverage provided by the selected shipping service. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for reviewing that address before completing checkout.

Cleveland Music Co. is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Additional shipping or carrier charges incurred because of an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

If you discover an address error before shipment, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Carrier and Service Changes

In unusual circumstances, a selected shipping service may become unavailable after an order is placed. Cleveland Music Co. reserves the right to substitute a reasonably equivalent shipping service when necessary, provided that doing so does not materially reduce the service purchased by the customer. If no reasonable alternative is available, we will contact the customer before shipment.

Applicable Law

The limitations in this Shipping Policy apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
